<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Req ID: 136191 </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Remote Position: No</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Region: Asia </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Country: Malaysia </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">State/Province: Johor </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">City: Johor Bahru </span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Detailed Description</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">3D model creation and production drafting for new product design of industrial machinery</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with the customer to refine production specifications and execute their product vision</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Consult with Manufacturing to resolve issues and improve product manufacturability</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Update documents of existing designs to resolve issues such as EOL components, manufacturability issues and customer requests</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Mentor technicians and junior engineers to develop their skill sets</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Knowledge/Skills/Competencies</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Qualified candidates will have experience in most of these areas:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Weldment design</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Sheet metal parts</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Metal and plastic machined parts</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Electro-mechanical designs</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Vacuum process systems including detailed chamber design, design for cost and manufacturability in large format CNC machining, OEM part selection and integration, and testing requirements. Preferred experience in the semiconductor market.
