style="font-size:12.0pt"><span>Lead reliability analysis and work with the design teams to ensure the products designed can meet reliability specification. </span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span>Work with the design team and customers to understand and define reliability requirements of products.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span>Conduct design review and close loops with the design team to fix design issues. </span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span>Define the reliability testing strategy, reliability test plan and conduct test. </span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span collaborate with the engineering team and seek opportunities to develop new/improve existing durability test methodology to enhance product development style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Hands-on and experienced with FMEA, design for reliability (DFR), DFT and design for manufacturability (DFM) concepts, particularly as they relate to process, property and complex manufacturing systems.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Familiar with Reliability Block Diagram(RBD), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), De-rating, reparable and life analysis. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Familiar with Environmental and reliability testing such as Vibration test, shock test, drop test, storage test, HALT/HASS, acoustic test, RVI test, etc.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Familiar with reliability data analysis software, e.g. JMP, Minitab, and /or Weibull</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span
