Manage pricing, T&C, Supplier capacity and OTD etc etc</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage a team of Supplier Development Engineering. Sourcing, developing and qualifying new suppliers, developing new capabilities at existing suppliers. Driving cost reduction activities at suppliers etc etc</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Leads quarterly price negotiations for call commodities in the segment</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establishes corporate target and provides direction to managers in areas of global pricing, terms and conditions, supplier programs and monitoring of supplier performance.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Has regular interaction and participates in negotiations with senior executives of industry leading multinational companies.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develops strong relationships with key supplier senior management.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provides targets and direction in worldwide product sources process.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provides direction in the development and execution of procurement strategies for the group of components or services including competitive benchmarking, technology direction, supplier analysis, supplier development and selection and pricing strategies for group of complex components or services.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manages the implementation of strategic SCM initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintains materials cost responsibility.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Knowledge/Skills/Competencies</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">10+ years relevant experience in commodity management</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor's degree in related field (Commerce, Engineering or Economics, MBA), or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
