We continuously integrate software from multiple teams, sensors, and domains, ensuring that our systems behave correctly across all levels—from unit to complete vehicle.</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt">To achieve this, we rely on robust CI pipelines, strong test strategies, and high levels of automation, combined with the ability to analyse, triage, and resolve issues quickly.</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt">A key principle in our way of working is maintaining an always releasable (green) master branch, where every change is validated before integration and continuously verified after integration.</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We are now strengthening our CI capability and are looking for engineers to take end-to-end responsibility for Stability</span></strong><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Own and maintain a green (fault-free) master branch, ensuring it remains always releasable</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Monitor CI pipelines and act proactively on failures and instability</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Ensure no degrading or breaking changes are introduced into the integration flow</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt">• Drive visibility of CI health, quality status, and risks across teams</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Pre-Merge Testing/Quality Gates + Post-Merge System validation</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> · Enforce pre-merge test gating strategies<br> · Ensure all changes are validated before merge through: <br> o Component tests<br> o Integration and CI gate tests<br> · Drive strong post-merge verification flows, including: <br> o Baseline qualification<br> o Extended system exterior cameras: others include DMS, Radars, Ultrasonic Sensors<br> o Ensure alignment between requirements & test coverage</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><br> <br><strong>Test Automation & CI Pipeline Development</strong><br> · Develop, maintain, and improve automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines<br> · Ensure automated tests: <br> o Run continuously<br> o Act as quality gates for integration</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><br> <br><strong>Failure Analysis & Triage</strong><br> · Monitor CI execution and analyze failures across pipelines<br> · Perform root cause analysis, categorizing issues into: <br> o Product defects<br> o Test issues<br> o Environment issues<br> · Create and manage fault reports and support rapid or system/integration testing is beneficial</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> • Familiarity with complex software systems (e.g., ADAS or automotive environments) is a plus</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> • Understanding of software integration flows and quality gates is valued</span></p> <p><br><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Technical Proficiency</span></strong><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Zuul, or GitLab</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Python, Robot Framework, pytest)</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> • Understanding of system-level and integration testing approaches</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> • Exposure to log analysis and debugging within API-based systems</span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> • Knowledge of sensor-based systems and validation methods is an
