With the highest safety time schedule budget quality and sustainability in mind.<br><strong>EPCm</strong> All services in one package covers optimized solutions from first business case idea to commissioning bringing best optimized solution for our clients.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Supervision the Sanitary & HVAC works according to the design documentation and building permit</li> <li>Cooperation with the design team, to follow the design progress up, to assist on design optimization</li> <li>Quality assurance in accordance with the technical specifications (quality control / reporting)</li> <li>Coordination and supervision over subcontractors - if required</li> <li>Daily presence on construction site</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Engineering degree in Sanitary & HVAC discipline</li> <li>Significant experience as Sanitary & HVAC Supervisor (Inspector) on large-sized, complex, industrial projects is essential</li> <li>Good English</li> <li>Well-developed time management and prioritizing skills</li> <li>Project and team management skills</li> <li>Communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure</li> </ul> <p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This is B2B cooperation (business to business), a freelance position. <br>You will need to have your own registered company / PFA in order to provide the service and issue invoices for the service. </li> <li>Contract for about one year with the possibility of extension.</li> <li>Work on the project from Monday to Friday, sometimes also on Saturdays.</li> </ul><p>Please submit your CV in English through the system containing your salary expectation and also the earliest possible start date.</p>
