The role involves the design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support of enterprise storage and backup environment. Your role: <ul> <li>Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise storage systems including SAN, NAS, and object storage environments. </li> <li>Manage and optimize storage platforms, especially: Dell PowerFlex, Dell Unity, Dell Data Domain, Synology </li> <li>Perform storage provisioning, capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management. </li> <li>Monitor storage performance, availability, and utilization to proactively identify and resolve issues. </li> <li>Implement and maintain storage replication, snapshots, deduplication, compression, and tiering strategies. </li> <li>Administer enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup, AWS Backup. </li> <li>Develop and maintain backup, retention, and recovery policies aligned with business and compliance requirements. </li> <li>Perform backup monitoring, troubleshooting, validation, and recovery testing. </li> <li>Lead Disaster Recovery drills and ensure RPO/RTO objectives. </li> <li>Ensure successful execution of backup jobs and rapid restoration capabilities. </li> <li>Manage backup infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud workloads. </li> <li>Implement data protection and ransomware recovery strategies. </li> <li>Ensure backup and storage environments comply with security policies and regulatory requirements. </li> <li>Participate in audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews. </li> <li>Maintain secure access controls and encryption standards for storage and backup systems. </li> <li>Support virtualization and physical platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, Windows, Linux for both Storage and Backup. </li> <li>Provide Level 3 technical support for storage and backup incidents / requests. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendors. </li> <li>Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures. </li> <li>Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance to the broader IT team. </li> </ul> Your profile: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. </li> <li>7+ years of experience administering enterprise storage and backup environments. </li> <li>Strong experience with backup tools such as Veeam, Commvault, Cloud Backup </li> <li>Strong experience with SAN/NAS technologies (Dell PowerFlex, Dell Unity, Dell Data Domain). </li> <li>Hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper-V environments </li> <li>Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments </li> <li>Solid knowledge with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS </li> <li>Scripting and Automation knowledge using PowerShell / Shell </li> <li>Good understanding of networking concepts </li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills </li> <li>Experience supporting Disaster Recovery and data protection strategies </li> <li>Ability to work in a global, collaborative environment </li> <li>Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills </li> </ul> WHAT WE OFFER: We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
