Your role will include the following responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Reviewing of Net Asset Value Calculations with the possibility of assisting in the preparation if and when necessary</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Establishing a relationship with the clients, assist with day to day requests and respond to their needs;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Preparation and Review of Financial Statements compliant with IFRS and liaising with the auditors where applicable;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Liaising with the Funds’ Managers, Investors, Bankers, Independent Auditors and Other Service Providers to the Funds;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Review compliance files with company defined checklists, procedures and controls;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist team development by providing guidance, training and mentoring to Junior Fund Accountants;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure pre-agreed internal and external deadlines are met consistently and significant issues are communicated to the Manager and Senior Manager as appropriate;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Liaising with the Transfer Agency team regarding subscription, redemptions and other Investor related transactions and communications</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Preparation/Reviewing of tax returns;</li> </ul> Your profile <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">You are a University Graduate in Accountancy or Banking and Finance or relevant degree</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">At least 3 years working experience in fund administration and/or in the accountancy field will be considered an asset;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">You have very good knowledge of excel and word;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">You have strong analytical and problem solving skills;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Happy to work as part of an international team;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude;</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">A strong interest to learn and develop a strong career in fund administration in Malta and other international offices.</li> </ul> WHAT WE OFFER We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
