Find out more about life at Alter Domus at careers.alterdomus.com YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES: As a crucial member of our growing KYA team in Vilnius you will be accountable for: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Client Relations: Preparing and responding to client inquiries and requests.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communication: Engaging directly with the client’s investment teams to ensure compliance and clarity throughout the due diligence process.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Compliance: Adhering to all regulatory and internal requirements related to the AML/KYA due diligence processes.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conducting Due Diligence: Reviewing information and documents pertaining to various transactions and asset types.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitoring: Conducting ongoing monitoring of investment activities.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Record Keeping: Ensuring KYA information is accurately maintained in the database and the electronic document management system (EDMS).</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Reporting: Maintaining internal trackers and databases for KPI reporting.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Reviews: Following up with clients on any missing KYA information.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Training and Awareness: Developing a comprehensive understanding of different investment types and the specifics of each transaction.</li> </ul> YOUR PROFILE: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You hold a university degree.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in alternative assets (e.g., PE, RE) or Compliance and/or a strong AML/KYC background, preferably in a Legal or Financial Services environment. </li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You have an interest in alternative investments and the operations of alternative asset funds.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You show a high interest in regulatory and compliance topics; You are fluent in English.
