You will play a critical role in designing integrations, automating workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making across sales, marketing, and operations teams. This position requires both technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills to drive platform adoption and business impact. Your responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Integration <ul> <li style="">Lead the setup, administration, and ongoing optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform</li> <li style="">Develop and implement end-to-end system integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications</li> <li style="">Collaborate with IT and operations teams to maintain seamless data flow and system connectivity</li> <li style="">Build and maintain custom objects, validation rules, workflows, Flows, and approval processes</li> <li style="">Ensure platform stability, security, and alignment with business requirements</li> <li style="">Manage system configuration changes and maintain documentation standards</li> </ul> Workflow & Automation <ul> <li style="">Design and optimize workflow automations and approval processes to support sales and marketing efficiency</li> <li style="">Manage assignment rules, email alerts, and process automation to streamline business operations</li> <li style="">Leverage automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Assignment Rules to reduce manual effort</li> <li style="">Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity</li> <li style="">Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that drive operational excellence</li> </ul> Reporting & Analytics <ul> <li style="">Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track key business metrics (pipeline, conversion, engagement, etc.)</li> <li style="">Transition static reporting (Excel-based) into dynamic Salesforce dashboards</li> <li style="">Partner with stakeholders across teams to ensure data-driven decision-making</li> <li style="">Create executive-level reporting and insights for leadership visibility</li> <li style="">Implement analytics best practices and ensure data accuracy across reports</li> </ul> User Management & Training <ul> <li style="">Manage user access, roles, and permission sets in alignment with data security policies</li> <li style="">Deliver training sessions and create user guides to enhance adoption and promote best practices</li> <li style="">Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues</li> <li style="">Champion Salesforce best practices and drive continuous improvement in user engagement</li> <li style="">Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions and requests</li> </ul> Data Management & Governance <ul> <li style="">Oversee data import/export, deduplication, and data quality initiatives</li> <li style="">Implement and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity</li> <li style="">Establish data standards and policies across the Salesforce environment</li> <li style="">Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed</li> </ul> Your profile Required Qualifications <ul> <li style="">6+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including system integration and automation workflows</li> <li style="">Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and familiarity with Marketing Cloud</li> <li style="">Strong understanding of Salesforce Objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Cases, etc.)</li> <li style="">Skilled in data import/export, deduplication, and data governance frameworks</li> <li style="">Extensive experience with automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Assignment Rules</li> <li style="">Proven ability to build custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes</li> <li style="">Experience developing and maintaining system integrations with third-party applications</li> <li style="">Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills with focus on business metrics</li> <li style="">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li style="">Strong documentation skills and attention to detail</li> <li style="">Ability to balance strategic system design with day-to-day operational management</li> <li style="">Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li style="">Salesforce Certified Administrator (required or strongly preferred)</li> <li style="">Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator</li> <li style="">Familiarity with SQL and API-based integrations</li> <li style="">Experience with middleware/integration platforms (MuleSoft, Zapier, etc.)</li> <li style="">Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies</li> <li style="">Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud</li> <li style="">Understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and security compliance</li> </ul> WHAT WE OFFER: We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
