This includes ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), managing packaging processes, training personnel, and maintaining regulatory compliance. YOUR ROLE <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Supervise packaging operations to meet or exceed production schedules/goals. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Oversee the packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Prepare/review packaging process documentation. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Train and manage training of personnel on new/existing packaging processes and equipment. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Develop and mentor packaging personnel in their career. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Apply root cause analysis to improve packaging processes and resolve problems. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Identify and implement improvements for existing packaging processes (Corrective and Preventative Actions-CAPA). </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Write Exceptions (Deviations) related to packaging operations. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Participate and own actions to support change control initiatives. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Oversee engineering studies related to packaging. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Coordinate validation activities for packaging processes. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Propose, evaluate, and implement improvements to current packaging operations to reduce cost and improve compliance. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Performs other duties as assigned by management. </li> </ul> YOUR BACKGROUND Education <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering preferred </li> </ul> Experience <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> 5 years of supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or FDA regulated environment </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Experience with validation, CAPA, and regulatory compliance processes </li> </ul> Skills/Competencies <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to large groups </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Proficiency in desktop computer applications and documentation systems </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with material handling equipment </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Certification preferred </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams effectively </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed </li> </ul> <h2>Reason to join US</h2> Much more than a Competitive salary, We offer continued personal development.
