This role focuses on business insights, market understanding, scenario building, and cross‑functional collaboration. YOUR ROLE Market Intelligence & Assumption Building <ul> <li>- Lead the collection, validation, and consolidation of commercial assumptions driving the forecast.</li> <li>- Challenge and refine assumptions from Marketing and Sales.</li> <li>- Monitor key market indicators. </li> </ul> Forecasting Collaboration (Marketing / Sales / Finance / Demand Planner) <ul> <li>- Facilitate structured discussions to build the demand outlook.</li> <li>- Collaborate with the Demand Planner to integrate qualitative inputs.</li> <li>- Participate in the elaboration of the consensus forecast.</li> <li>- Align with Finance on budgets and revenue expectations.</li> </ul> Event‑Driven Forecasting & Scenario Modelling <ul> <li>- Drive the enrichment of the forecast based on events, pricing, launches, etc.</li> <li>- Build impact scenarios (best/base/worst case).</li> <li>- Provide visibility on risks and opportunities.</li> </ul> Performance Analysis & Business Insights <ul> <li>- Analyze forecast performance and deviations.</li> <li>- Provide insights into trends in Sales, Marketing, and Finance.</li> <li>- Build dashboards and reports highlighting demand drivers and risks.</li> </ul> Governance & Forecast Accountability <ul> <li>- Contribute to the IBP step 2 Demand process/review.</li> <li>- Contribute the construction of the consensus forecast.</li> <li>- Ensure transparency and traceability of assumptions.</li> <li>- Support ownership of forecast commitments.</li> </ul> Key Interfaces <ul> <li>- Marketing, Sales, Finance, Demand Planner, Supply Chain.</li> </ul> YOUR BACKGROUND Experience & Qualifications <ul> <li>- Master's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain or related.</li> <li>- 5+ years in commercial analytics or forecasting.</li> <li>- Experience in pharmaceuticals or regulated industries is a plus.</li> <li>- Familiarity with S&OP/IBP.</li> </ul> Skills & Competencies <ul> <li>- Strong analytical skills.</li> <li>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.</li> <li>- Deep business acumen.</li> <li>- Ability to challenge constructively.</li> <li>- Expertise forecasting methods.</li> <li>- Proficiency with analytics and planning tools: Excel, Power BI, SAP, AZAP (or any other APS system).</li> <li>- English (other language as French is a plus)</li> </ul>We offer continued personal development.
