This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and global environment. Main Responsibilities <ul> <li>Prepare and post journal entries of Account payable( Purchase request / PO process) in ERP systems and support month/quarter/year-end closing.</li> <li>Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations</li> <li>Financial closing support for Inventory/ AR reserve</li> <li>Review and check the expense claim report</li> <li>Assist with VAT preparation and corporate income tax documentation.</li> <li>Support the accounting support for subsidiary entity with HK SSC.</li> <li>Support internal and external audit requests.</li> <li>Follow internal control policies and contribute to process improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external accounting/tax partners.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>2~5 years of accounting or finance experience .</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus.</li> <li>Strong Excel and MS Office skills.</li> <li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.</li> <li>Business-level English (reading, writing and speaking).</li> <li>Proactive, organized, and strong communication skills.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience in multinational environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with SAP FI/CO / Inventory modules.</li> <li>Experience in Pharma , Healthcare , manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.</li> </ul> <h2>Reason to join US</h2> Much more than a Competitive salary, We offer continued personal development.
