<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Summary</H2> </div><div><div>Experience</div> <div> </div> <div>At least 3 years in similar position.</div> <div>Knowledge of aerospace production processes, rules and quality procedures.</div> <div>Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9000, APQP per AS9145, First article inspection per AS9102.</div> <div>Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.</div> <div>Demonstrated skills in problem solving methods (8D/5W/Ishikawa/Is-Is not/6 sigma/etc.)</div> <div>Proficient with APQP elements ( PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA etc.)</div> <div>Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing concepts.</div> <div>Strong working knowledge of aircraft structures and failure modes.</div> <div>Familiar with repair practices used in the aerospace industry.</div> <div>Hands on experience with harness assembly (desirable)</div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Analysis, evaluation and implementation of all program quality aspects.</li> <li>Support RCCA given of non-conformities of the process and audits.</li> <li>Audit the system to meet the requirements of the AS9100 standard.</li> <li>Organize and host roles with customer audits/surveys.</li> <li>Communicate effectivity dispositions of non-conformances to production department and following up of RCCA.</li> <li>Support customer complaints / NoE.</li> <li>Customer point of contact for quality.</li> <li>Identifying and Sharing “Best Practices” across the site and supporting continual improvements of the site QMS.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role (industry-specific experience is a plus)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, SPC, Control Plans)</li> <li>Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, depending on industry)</li> <li>Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar)</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues</li> <li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles (certification is a plus)</li> <li>Experience with audits (internal, external, or supplier audits) is preferred</li> <li>English proficiency (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div></div>
