Work you'll do <ul> <li>Act as a functional expert in the Customer domain, providing deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.</li> <li>Lead business requirements gathering and functional design, including process and scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys, prototyping, configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures.</li> <li>Design and implement end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, and Project Operations.</li> <li>Lead the design and delivery of technology-enabled and creative business solutions for iconic brands.</li> <li>Lead project workstreams or engagements, solving complex and high-impact client problems.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional digital experts to deliver innovative and integrated solutions.</li> <li>Support RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales activities.</li> </ul> Your role as a leader: At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels.
