As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc. <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end SAP testing activities including SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management</li> <li>Define test strategy, test scope, test approach, and overall testing plan</li> <li>Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure testing readiness</li> <li>Review and validate test scenarios, test cases, and test execution results</li> <li>Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution with relevant teams</li> <li>Monitor testing progress and provide regular status reporting to project management</li> <li>Ensure testing deliverables comply with project quality standards and governance</li> <li>Support test automation initiatives where applicable</li> <li>Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation during testing phases</li> <li>Mentor and guide junior testers or testing team members</li> </ul> Your role as a leader: At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels.
