Join the winning team now!</span></p> <p><br><span style="color:black"><strong>Work you’ll do</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Leading transfer pricing engagements from planning through to implementation, including policy design, benchmarking analysis, documentation, advance pricing agreements and dispute support.</li> <li>Manages multi‑jurisdictional projects, coordinating with global offices and consolidating regional deliverables.</li> <li>Advising on complex cross-border transactions, including restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and operating model changes.</li> <li>Partnering across corporate tax, GST, customs and trade, international tax and Deloitte’s global network to deliver integrated client solutions.</li> <li>Managing multiple client engagements, balancing quality, timelines, and team delivery.</li> <li>Adopting and implementing various technology solutions developed by Deloitte globally within transfer pricing. </li> <li>Manage job economics including WIP monitoring, billing, collections, and engagement closure.</li> <li>Coaching and developing team members to support a collaborative and high-performing culture.</li> <li>Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of transfer pricing practice.</li> </ul> <p><br><span style="color:black"><strong>Your role as a leader</strong></span><br><br><span style="color:black">At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels. Ability to communicate in Mandarin/ Cantonese/ Japanese in addition to English and Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage. (While non-Malaysians may apply, please note that immigration formalities may take time)</li> <li>Competent in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint. Operational knowledge of transfer pricing technology solutions like Workiva, Anaplan, etc. will be added advantage.</li> <li>Advanced project management skills including managing multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong inter-personal skills.</li> <li>Leadership and people management skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.</li> </ul> <p><br><span style="color:black"><strong>Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
