<p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><b>Title: </b>Tax Associate - Global Investment & Innovation Incentives (Gi3)</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><b>Job description</b></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Provide incentives and R&D tax advisory services to a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Participation in client meetings, including engaging with C-suite executives on their investment plans and R&D/innovation activities.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Be involved in the evaluation, preparation, application, negotiation and management of government incentives </span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Liaise with government authorities on incentives application and R&D tax matters.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Active participation in client meetings to obtain details from technical specialists of R&D projects undertaken.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Preparation of R&D reports articulating the nature and progress of R&D activities undertaken, including how and why these meet the R&D tax eligibility requirements.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Collection, collation and review of documentation and expenditure that substantiates R&D activities by matching the facts to the eligibility requirements of Singapore’s R&D tax incentive program.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Support business development and marketing activities for the service line.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Partake in the development of a growing global practice. </span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Have exciting career development opportunities. </span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><b>About your experience</b></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Possess tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Science, IT or similar.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Prior experience in Singapore economic agencies or incentives/grants applications will be viewed favourably.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Analytical mind, meticulous skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px">Keen interest in developing in the tax industry in a professional services firm.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><b>Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.</b></span></p>
