We are looking for a Squad Lead / Technical Lead at Senior Consultant level to lead multidisciplinary delivery squads across customer experience, Martech, loyalty, and AI-enabled customer platforms. You will act as a hands-on technical leader, guiding solution delivery, shaping implementation approaches, and working closely with clients to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
