Our deep sector knowledge and global resources allow us to provide a breadth of services to our clients. You’ll work alongside our clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions in order to enhance business value. You will drive pioneering propositions across the wider Insurance industry within SEA, such as regulatory and accounting transformation, digital transformation, end-to-end operational excellence, M&A etc. You will exercise strong numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills, solve complex problems, and communicate your findings. Finally, you will be encouraged to work collaboratively in a team. You’ll support our clients and our firm with: <ul> <li style="">On-going projects, ranging from valuation and pricing, M&A, capital management etc.</li> <li style="">Implementation of IFRS 17 from both a technical and non-technical actuarial standpoint.</li> <li style="">Past performance diagnostics and future strategy planning to support our clients achieve their growth objectives.</li> <li style="">Target operating model design and implementation to facilitate digitalization, growth, efficiency etc.</li> <li style="">Process improvement and technology enablement across the entire insurance value chain (including but not limited to distribution, underwriting and claims management).</li> <li style="">New market entry for (re)insurers across SEA.</li> <li style="">Business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, generating proposals and industry benchmarking.</li> <li style="">Management and development of junior team members.</li> </ul> Your role as a leader At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels.
