</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt">The Intern will be assigned to assist professional tasks, including but not limited to:</span></p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Conduct research on tax and business-related issues;</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other tax compliance work for clients;</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Supoport tax consultants in performing tax reviews and tax health checks on clients' tax matters;</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Participate in fieldwork and client engagements at Clients’ premises;</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt">Assist with administrative tasks related to engagements, including style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Academic background:</strong> 3rd to 4th year student (expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028) majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Banking, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related disciplines;</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Tax knowledge: </strong>General understanding of the Vietnamese tax system is an advantage;</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Language proficiency:</strong> Excellent command of English, both verbal and written;</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Integrity & professionalism:</strong> Demonstrates ethical behavior, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Interpersonal skills:</strong> Strong communication and teamwork;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Ownership & accountability:</strong> Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks;</li> <li style="text-align:justify;color:black;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Professional qualifications:</strong> Pursuing or intending to pursue professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or VTCA is
