Work you will do This role sits within the Core banking offering, which is a part of the Technology, Strategy & Transformation team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which focused on design and implementation of core banking platforms across Retail, SME, Commercial and Private Banking. In this role you shall be responsible for the following: <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none"> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead and own the end-to-end requirement lifecycle across banking products, driving requirements from elicitation to validation to sign off, ensuring completeness, traceability, and delivery readiness and alignment with regulatory requirements and industry practices</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Classify requirements into out of the box, configuration, product customisation, integration, and gaps and solution options to address gaps</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop decision-ready artefacts for business requirements, outlining options, trade-offs in terms of cost, time, functionality etc.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Support development of interface specifications</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop specifications for implementations (BRDs, FSDs, Process flow diagrams, User Stories)</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead functional system testing efforts.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Support data migration activities — validating data mapping rules, cleansing and transformation criteria, and reconciliation rules.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Support SIT/UAT cycles by providing inputs into test cases and coordinating issue resolution.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead and mentor a team of junior business analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Support end user training, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization efforts.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">You will also get a chance to collaborate with our global network where we have delivered truly transformational large scale programs for clients in this domain.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Your role as a leader At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels.
