Work you’ll do As part of our Workforce Transformation practice, we partner with organisations to reimagine their operating models, workforce strategies, and talent capabilities—especially as AI reshapes the future of work. We are seeking a high-performing Manager with strong experience in AI-enabled workforce transformation, operating model design, and organisational strategy to support our growing Southeast Asia practice. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across industries to deliver AI-enabled workforce transformation programmes.
