geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Overseeing and ensuring that the delegated functions and the outsourced activities are managed in line with the sans-serif;color:black">Supporting the maintenance, development and amendment when necessary of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, coordinating collection of information and perform reviews on controls sans-serif">Good knowledge of the Luxembourg investment fund regulatory framework, including UCI, AIFM and MIFID II regulations;</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Good knowledge of the investment fund industry and related actors (fund administration, transfer agent, portfolio manager, distributor, custodian bank…);</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Good knowledge of Luxembourg AML-CFT regulatory framework; </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Prior exposure to ICT and operational resilience topics is a strong plus, and you should be keen to work on ICT‑ and
