What will you do <ul> <li>Be part of an experienced team of professionals and actively manage entities in liquidation (mainly investment funds).</li> <li>Lead a team for all the day-to-day management of the liquidating entities (payment approvals, advance on liquidation, portfolio sales, AML check, cash reconciliation, termination agreements...).</li> <li>Coordinate the whole liquidation process, dealing with the accounting, tax, strategy, valuation and legal aspects.</li> <li>Oversee the preparation of the liquidation procedures, the liquidation accounts and liquidator's reports.</li> <li>Contribute to practice growth and development.</li> <li>Identify new business opportunities and participate in key proposals and presentations for new businesses.</li> <li>Participate in the development and delivery of training programs.</li> <li>Coach and mentor practitioners to their highest potential.</li> </ul> What about you <ul> <li>Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance</li> <li>4 or more years of experience in a similar role in an advisory firm or a financial institution. </li> <li>Proven expertise in accounting and liquidation process.</li> <li>Exhibit effective time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.</li> <li>Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management and operate well within a team environment.</li> <li>Ability to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Passionate about coaching junior team members to reach their maximum potential and oversee their work.</li> <li>Business fluency in English; French or German fluency would be considered an asset.</li> </ul> <div> </div>
