The Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager role offers influence across Coty’s luxury beauty portfolio in Malaysia. As our Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager, you are responsible for reshaping and expanding the retail footprint of Coty’s brands within Malaysia beauty business landscape. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, the role supports the delivery of Coty Malaysia’s Luxury Beauty commercial priorities across assigned retailers. Key scope covers sales plans, commercial strategy, promotional plans, launches and promotions, market intelligence, retail excellence implementation, 360-degree launch campaign, commercial negotiations, new business opportunities, Coty Brand Image, retailer updates, and achievement of budget targets, annual joint business plan target, common business goals, sell-out, sell-in, stock-in-trade days, market share and launch campaign best practices.
