Packaging intern - GSPE September starting 6 months A Trainee packaging developer will be part of our GSPE (Gift Set Packaging Experts) team, to support on all technical tasks and processes, and in parallel enlarge his/her technical skills and have the opportunity to join a fragrance and cosmetic structure. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Support GSPE Packaging technicians and advise the marketing teams. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> To know and understand the end to end development process of the giftsets. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Help the team on technical coordination of projects with the various suppliers and subcontractors. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Support on carrying out the tasks required in the different stages of the GIFTSETS development process. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Understand and learn GSPE responsibility in all legal aspects of packaging (regulation), sustainability & logistics data. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Support on the maintenance of specifications and supply chain data (Weight and dimensions, shipper development, data enrichment…) </li> </ul> Your main focus: <ul style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Participate/animate in weekly review meetings for brands in her/his scope. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Understand and support the Team for the adherence of all GSPE key milestones. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Help on component drawings validation (all elements in the giftsets). </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Learn and understand artwork process and support on provide/enter the required information in ESKO. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Validate the artworks in ESKO and suppliers’ bromides according to the current SOP on technical/legal criteria. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Edit/approve specifications in SAP RD. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Perform validation/approval tests during development process and report them to her/his manager </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Fill in/maintain the technical files/trackers. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Transmit technical agreements to suppliers. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:CotySans;margin-left:-15.75pt"> Collect/claim the elements/benches validated by Marketing. </li> </ul> Working for Coty means be part of one of the largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skin care and body care.
