RESPONSIBILITIES As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Fragrance Capability Team. While you learn from a world-class manufacturing organization, you will have a clear objective and will deliver meaningful results. Your main focus: <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Brown LL TT Light';color:black">Analyze and solve problems using our “Stop the Stops” methodology, finding, and eliminating the root cause.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Brown LL TT Light';color:black">Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and material.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Brown LL TT Light';color:black">Create machine “Zeroes” that allow us to keep the machine in base condition.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Brown LL TT Light';color:black">Document any other relevant SOP as part of the problem-solving exercises.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Brown LL TT Light';color:black">Compile all the information created in the “Operator Book” and ensure that all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Brown LL TT Light';color:black">Ensure all AM DMS are up to date and followed.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Brown LL TT Light';color:black">Participate in any industrialization trials that take place in your production line.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Brown LL TT Light';color:black">Because of all the above, improve safety, quality, and efficiency of the machine of ownership. </li> </ul> The team consists of 7 Process Engineers and 4 Process Engineers Interns and you will work closely together with several departments such as Production and Engineering.
