You will help drive brand visibility, coordinate influencer activations, and ensure best-in-class campaign delivery. Working cross-functionally, you will contribute to elevating brand equity and driving engagement across key markets.<br><br>You will have the exciting challenge to help Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein and Davidoff stay relevant with new generations and build Gen Z growth!</div> <div><strong><br>THE ROLE</strong><br><strong><br>OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!<br><br></strong></div> <div>As our Assistant Influencer Marketing & Communications Manager, you play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of influencer and communications campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and delivering impactful, creative activations across the luxury portfolio.<br><br></div> <div>You will be reporting to Senior Influencer Marketing & Communications Manager, and you will manage:</div> <div><strong><br>Influencer Campaign Execution & Coordination</strong></div> <ul> <li>Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns across key luxury brands</li> <li>Coordinate influencer outreach, contracts, and relationship management</li> <li>Assist in briefing influencers and agencies to ensure brand consistency</li> <li>Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance metrics</li> <li>Maintain influencer databases and support talent identification</li> </ul> <div><strong><br>Communications & Content Support</strong></div> <ul> <li>Assist in developing communication materials including press releases and toolkits</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels</li> <li>Support content creation and amplification strategies for campaigns</li> <li>Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners for execution</li> <li>Monitor media coverage and influencer activity</li> </ul> <div><strong><br>Reporting & Market Collaboration</strong></div> <ul> <li>Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations</li> <li>Support reporting on influencer KPIs, engagement, and ROI</li> <li>Liaise with local markets to align global and regional activations</li> <li>Ensure best practice sharing across teams and campaigns</li> <li>Support budget tracking and administrative tasks related to campaigns</li> </ul> <div><strong><br><br>YOU ARE A COTY FIT</strong><br>As a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
