Together with our partners, we continuously invest in the wind market to empower a sustainable future together.</p> <p> </p> <p>Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Learning & Development Expert, to join our HR team in our headquarters in Lommel, Belgium or Witten, Germany.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can expect as Learning and Development Expert (m/f/d) ZF Wind Power:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop high quality training programs tailored to technical, professional, and leadership needs worldwide</li> <li>Create specialized learning content as well as onboarding programs for R&D and other expert functions</li> <li>Facilitate in person, virtual, and blended training sessions</li> <li>Track and document training completions and certifications for internal and external audits</li> <li>Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to integrate audit results and corrective actions into training plans</li> <li>Conduct training needs assessments using performance data, stakeholder input, and compliance guidelines</li> <li>Translate insights into learning strategies that support business priorities and talent development</li> <li>Administer the LMS: assign learning, track progress, generate reports, and maintain data accuracy</li> <li>Leverage digital learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, internal systems) to enrich the learning offering</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile as Learning and Development Expert (m/f/d) ZF Wind Power:</strong></p> <ul> <li>(Bachelor’s) degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering or a related field</li> <li>several years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in an industrial, engineering, or high tech environment</li> <li>Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation frameworks</li> <li>Experience developing learning for technical and compliance-related topics, preferably in industrial, engineering, or high tech environment</li> <li>Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies</li> <li>Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li> <li>Dutch and English language skills</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p>Be part of our ZF team as Learning and Development Expert (m/f/d) ZF Wind Power and apply now!</p> <p>Contact</p> <p>Susann Aszyk</p> <p>+49 211 584 2120</p>
