<p>To strengthen our international customer service team, we’re looking for a <strong>Technical Support Specialist</strong> (m/w/d) in the greater Hasselt (Limburg) area, who will focus on supporting our <strong>Premium Partners in Belgium and the Netherlands</strong>.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do to help drive the energy transition</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Provide expert technical support to our international partners - with a strong focus on Belgium and the Netherlands - via phone, chat, and email.</li> <li>Handle and document all partner inquiries related to our battery storage systems and chargers using Salesforce.</li> <li>Diagnose technical issues remotely, plan on-site service assignments, and coordinate fault clearance and maintenance activities.</li> <li>Ensure high partner satisfaction through efficient, cost-effective, and solution-oriented case handling.</li> <li>Deliver technical trainings and guidance to sonnen partners, helping them provide the best possible service to end customers.</li> <li>Monitor local regulatory developments to ensure product compliance, and communicate relevant updates or improvement needs to the team lead.</li> <li>Meet regularly with our Premium Partners in Belgium and the Netherlands to strengthen cooperation and discuss service-related topics on-sit</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll need on that journey</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>A completed technical apprenticeship or degree (e.g., electrical engineering, energy systems, or a related field).</li> <li>At least 1 year of experience in technical customer support - ideally within the solar or energy storage industry.</li> <li>A structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills - empathetic, professional, and confident when guiding partners through technical challenges.</li> <li>Fluency in Flemish and English<strong> </strong>(spoken and written); additional languages such as French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, or German are a plus.</li> <li>Solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).</li> <li>A strong customer and service orientation combined with a collaborative, team-driven attitude.</li> </ul>
