<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 88927 | Shanghai, China, ZF (China) Investment Co., Ltd.</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Songjiang, Shanghai.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as a Mobile Service Engineer:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Communicate with customer dealerships and technical hotline to provide direct technical support in regards to ZF automatic transmission diagnosis, electrified powertrain parts, such as eVD, e motor, etc.</li> <li>Investigate failures on vehicles (on-site when needed) to determine root cause with advanced knowledge of powertrain and diagnosis skills and engineering tools e.g. INCA, AZG, SDD, Pathfinder, etc.</li> <li>Create regular statistic reports for field situation.</li> <li>Document cases in customers system.</li> <li>Document cases in ZF's SAP database.</li> <li>Detect weak spots in customer diagnosis and repair process. Provide advices for improvement to avoid unnecessary replacement and reduce warranty cost.</li> <li>Participate and collaborate at customers internal discussions, and act as interface between the service hotline, ZF China and ZF Germany and ZF USA.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as a Mobile Service Engineer:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience in design, application, diagnostic, analysis or technical service in regards to car powertrain components. Prefer more than 2 years.</li> <li>Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Vehicle Engineering or similar.</li> <li>High Grade of listening, speaking, reading and writing ability</li> <li>Base knowledge about passenger car transmission function/vehicle interface.</li> <li>Base diagnosis skills of car powertrain problems.</li> <li>Flexible and willingness in meeting schedule of sudden travel within China.</li> <li>Ability to officially drive a passenger vehicle / driving license.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why you should choose ZF in Shanghai?</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
