Candidate will have the opportunity to work in a global team in a newly set up Chassis Electronics Division. This position offers a dynamic environment with significant opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly developing global organization.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What can you look forward as a Program Buyer: </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Supplier/Program Management: Largely independent management of suppliers/programs with limited scope.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Operational Planning: Execution and coordination of operational planning according to instructions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Cost and Efficiency Targets: Identify, propose, coordinate, derive, and ensure implementation of cost reduction measures at product level.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Part Family Strategy: Support in the development, coordination, and implementation of the part family strategy as instructed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Supplier and Risk Management: Analyze and evaluate supplier portfolio and support its optimization; assist in considering risk management and sustainability requirements within the supply chain.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Contract Negotiations: Conduct and finalize contract negotiations and agreements on terms and conditions under guidance and after alignment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Supply Chain Assurance: Ensure supplier capacity for serial production; initiate orders for tools and equipment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile as a Program Buyer:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Education & Experience: Bachelor of Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
