<p>Req ID 86170 | Shanghai, China, ZF (China) Investment Co., Ltd.</p> <p> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>Providing strategic advice based on IP laws to Divisions of ZF in AP and handling all trademark related matters.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as a Patent Professional:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Working closely with Divisions in AP to further the protection of IP and interest of ZF in China.</li> <li>Handling patent filing, including identifying the ideas to be protected and bypassing potential IP risk, drafting and reviewing patent applications, completing patent prosecution.</li> <li>Managing patent portfolio for divisions in AP.</li> <li>Conducting FTO and providing legal advice.</li> <li>Deeply engaging in infringement analysis, patent invalidations, and litigations.</li> <li>Delivering regular IP trainings to Divisions and Functions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as a Patent Professional:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>More than 3 years patent related experience.</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science. </li> <li>Patent Bar is a must /General Bar is a plus.</li> <li>Solid experience in patent prosecution, invalidation and litigation.</li> <li>Fluent English.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why you should choose ZF in Shanghai?</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
