We collaborate closely with production, quality, and design departments, providing strong technical support throughout the entire product lifecycle. The team plays a key role in industrializing new technologies, driving process stability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as Process Engineer for Special Processes:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop, optimize, and validate special processes for new and existing products</li> <li>Lead troubleshooting activities and drive continuous improvement of welding performance, yield, and cycle times</li> <li>Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, process capability, and long-term reliability</li> <li>Prepare and maintain documentation such as process parameters, control plans, work instructions, and validation reports</li> <li>Support new equipment installation, acceptance testing, and production line ramp‑up</li> <li>Train operators and technicians on equipment operation, process controls, and best practices</li> <li>Ensure compliance with general safety standards, process safety requirements, and perform risk assessments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as Process Engineer for Special Processes</strong>:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or another relevant technical field</li> <li>Professional experience in production engineering roles such as process, production, or industrial engineering (preferably within the automotive sector)</li> <li>Knowledge of LEAN tools and continuous improvement methodologies</li> <li>Fluent English skills (reading, writing, and communication)</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with technical documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What you can expect:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Supportive and flexible environment</li> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>Organized transportation from Belgrade to Pančevo</li> <li>Private health insurance</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p>Be part of our ZF team as Process Engineer for Special Processes (m/f/d) and apply now!</p> <p>Contact</p> <p>Igor Culek</p> <p>+420 727 884 604</p>
