The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.</em></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you can look forward to as Regional Outbound Logistics Coordinator:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Lead and govern the monthly S&OP cycle including Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP, and Executive S&OP.</li> <li>Maintain and improve the S&OP cadence, calendar, templates, KPIs, and documentation.</li> <li>Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and accountability throughout the process and deliver monthly Executive summary.</li> <li>Facilitate demand planning meetings with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Master Production Schedulers, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations</li> <li>Consolidate forecasts from commercial teams into a statistically validated, consensus demand plan.</li> <li>Track forecast accuracy, Take Rate, On Time Delivery and other performance indicators; drive continuous forecast improvement.</li> <li>Identify key market drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting demand.</li> <li>Track and assure smooth production transfer by utilizing Production Transfer process, smooth SOP and EOP.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Profile as Regional Outbound Logistics Coordinator :</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP-related roles.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and supply planning concepts.</li> <li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills across varying levels of the organization.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Why you should choose ZF in Shanghai?</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
