You will be responsible for LEAN manufacturing implementation and optimization.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as a LEAN Promotion Officer (m/f/d):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process analysis and optimization – finding bottlenecks and weak points in production process. Analyze existing workflows and eliminate waste with help of LEAN Tools,</li> <li>Implementation of LEAN culture – implementing and empowering LEAN principles. Engage with employees and challenge LEAN initiative,</li> <li>Continuous Improvement – drive, monitor and ensure improvement in areas of focus. Analyze the results of activities and workshops, create success stories and identify areas for further optimization,</li> <li>Conducting Trainings/Workshops – provide training and workshops of Lean principles. Be a coach. Promote LEAN thinking,</li> <li>Networking – be part of worldwide network of specialist, where you can learn or advise. Collaborate with cross-functional Teams, coordinate improvements, share best practices.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as a LEAN Promotion Officer (m/f/d):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Engineering Bachelor’s Degree,</li> <li>Previous professional experience in a similar position,</li> <li>Knowledge of LEAN Tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPS,…) and familiar with manufacturing principles, methodologies, tools and KPI’s,</li> <li>Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills/attitude,</li> <li>Ability/Willingness to travel domestically,</li> <li>English language competency spoken/written,</li> <li>Experience with continuous improvement and/or Manufacturing Engineering role within the automotive industry.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p>Be part of our ZF team as LEAN Promotion Officer (m/f/d) and apply now!</p> <p>Contact</p> <p>Steffi Lange</p> <p>+49 211 584 2182</p>
