The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">About the team:</H2> </div><div><p>We are reinforcing our Facility Management, EHS and Fleet Services team at our location in Puteaux, France.</p> <p><br>In this role, you will ensure the efficient management of facility services, company fleet, purchasing activities, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) operations. You will act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers, contributing to operational excellence and cost optimization.</p> <p><br><strong>What you can look forward to as Facility, EHS and Fleet Management Specialist (m/f/d):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the company vehicle fleet, including leasing contracts, allocations, and returns</li> <li>Negotiate and optimize fleet-related contracts (leasing, insurance, tyres) and monitor associated costs</li> <li>Oversee fuel cards, parking subscriptions, claims management, and fleet documentation</li> <li>Coordinate and monitor General Services contracts (cleaning, maintenance, waste management, inspections)</li> <li>Support office relocation and workspace reorganization projects, including inventory management</li> <li>Act as local purchasing representative, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and managing supplier creation</li> <li>Monitor site-related expenses, including corporate credit card usage and cost tracking</li> <li>Ensure local implementation, monitoring, and reporting of EHS regulations and standards</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile as Facility, EHS and Fleet Management Specialist (m/f/d):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum Associate Degree (Bac+2) or equivalent</li> <li>Proven experience in general services, fleet management, purchasing, or EHS coordination</li> <li>Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and supplier relations</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tools</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>High level of adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving mindset</li> <li>Service-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p>Be part of our ZF team as Facility and Fleet Management Specialist (m/f/d) and apply now!</p> <p>Contact</p> <p>Helena Paul</p> <p>+49 7541 77 969121</p>
