The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>In this role</strong>, you will contribute directly to both Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) activities, while working closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>What you can look forward as a Sustainability Specialist (f/m/d):</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Calculate PCF for electronics products using ZF and divisional guidelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) data collection, validation, and analysis in alignment with group reporting requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify carbon hotspots and support emission reduction initiatives across materials, processes, and supply chain.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain and further develop carbon data models, dashboards, and reporting outputs for internal and external use.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate closely with R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, suppliers, and sustainability colleagues to close data gaps and improve carbon data quality.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support customer requests and internal reviews by explaining methodologies, assumptions, and results in a clear and structured way.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure alignment with global sustainability regulations and frameworks (e.g. GDPEP, EU Green Deal or other regulation–related requirements).</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Your profile as a Sustainability Specialist (f/m/d):</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or another technical field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in electronics, manufacturing, or a technical sustainability role.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Practical knowledge of PCF, CCF, LCA, or GHG Protocol;
