It is a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving. Team members are encouraged to take initiative and contribute ideas that impact performance. As an intern, you gain hands-on experience and exposure to real manufacturing challenges while developing technical and analytical skills.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as Engineering Intern:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support daily monitoring and analysis of production processes and KPIs</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and maintenance</li> <li>Contribute to troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis</li> <li>Help update and standardize process documentation and work instructions</li> <li>Participate in continuous improvement projects with measurable impact</li> <li>Support with documentation in new transfer lines</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as Engineering Intern:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
