<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 88200 | Hangzhou, China, ZF Electrified Powertrain Technologies (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Supplier Quality team in Shenyang.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you can look forward to as Supplier Quality Engineer:</p> <ul> <li>Manage quality/delivery topics for serial production parts delivered from supplier.<br>- Safegaurd production line with containment actions<br>- 8D handling.<br>- Cordinate NG material management from supplier.</li> <li>Supplier performance management<br>- Continuously monitoring suppliers’ quality performance and taking measures to meet quality target<br>- Reduce supplier compliants.</li> <li>Supplier improvement<br>- Coordinate and implement strategic supplier development projects and operationally support the task force.<br>- Traning top worse supplier for to improve the supplier performance.</li> <li>Support the APQP and PPAP release of the purchased parts during product development phase.<br>- Support problem solving in APQP stage.<br>- PPAP documents and sampling check based on plant specific requirements.<br>- Create and maintain incoming inspection WI/plan for serial production parts.</li> <li>Supplier audit<br>- Perform supplier annual audit according to audit plan and close the related open items on time.</li> <li>SNCC handling<br>- Handle the cost charge back topics about the none-conformity parts from supplier.</li> <li> Escalation management. <br>- Handle supplier escalation cases for serial production parts.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your Profile as Supplier Quality Engineer:</p> <ul> <li>4-7 years working experience with automotive quality tier1.</li> <li>Familiar with quality system such as IATF16949,VDA.</li> <li>Good at quality management and problem solving tools(FMEA,MSA,SPC,fish-bone…).</li> <li>Practical knowledge in machining,stamping,die casting, etc.E-drive relevant components are preferred.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Why you choose ZF?</p> <ul> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
