Ensure a stable welding process with good quality.</li> <li>Cooperate with Regional IE to complete the machine concept and layout. To be involved with new equipment procurement and pre/final acceptance, and receive from the Regional IE after SOP. Acting as welding project leader at plant.</li> <li>Lead optimization of welding process parameters by statistical methods for higher process capability.</li> <li>Support maintenance activity to reduce downtime rate.</li> <li>Maintenance and update documentations like PFMEA, WI, changeover, mistake proofing, and so on with the initiative from Regional IE.</li> <li>Support tooling/fixture/spare parts maintenance and insurance.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Profile as ME Welding Engineer:</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree or above in welding or mechanical engineering.</li> <li>Min. 5 years’ solid experience in MAG welding process as process engineer in the automotive industry, shock absorber welding process would be preferred.</li> <li>Good experience in MAG welding, resistance welding process, pressing, mistake-proofing, and tool/fixture design.</li> <li>Special Knowledge: Robot teaching, welding parameter adjustment (Panasonic).</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD, Minitab, SAP.</li> <li>Excellent writing and speaking ability in English and the local language, Chinese. </li> <li>Be mature, pro-active and dynamic, with good communication skills and team work spirit. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Why you should choose ZF in China?</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
