<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 87491 | Shanghai, China, ZF Asia Pacific Group Co., Ltd.</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About The Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for a new colleague Head of Finance AP of Division Chassis Solutions at our location of Shanghai, China.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you can look forward to as Head of Finance AP:</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Responsible for Division in AP, Business Units, Engineering and Operations Controlling for the Region, drive business excellence for profitability, cash flow and strategic decisions focus on projects, products and customers.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Challenge and steer responsible functions, business units and plants based on operational analysis from a financial perspective in regards to project, product and customer results to secure operational targets.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Responsible for coordination of OP / SP and Forecast processes, including Planning, Reporting, Analysis and interfaces to Region and Functions (E.g. Monthly review meetings and Quarterly reporting and Management Reviews).</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Support in ad-hoc analyses, projects and requirements (BOM presentations, JV’s, QR..).</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Single point of contact regarding financials for Head of Division Asia Pacific.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Sparring partner, manager and decision making support for Business Units Heads AP regarding financials.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Investment Controlling of factory RUs and Projects.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Secure effective management of interfaces with both internal and external business partners.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Management of team members in regards to performance and career development.
