<p><span id="cke_bm_465S" style="display:none"> </span></p> <p>Req ID 86930 | Bangkok, Thailand, ZF (Thailand) Limited</p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for a new colleague in service tea at our location in Bangkok, Thailand.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as a Service Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary contact for customer support and service requests</li> <li>Perform service activities for ZF test systems, including tire testing</li> <li>Implement system optimizations and manage software roll-outs in coordination with the project and service team</li> <li>Commission test systems with a focus on control and automation technology</li> <li>Analyze complex, interdisciplinary issues and define corrective actions</li> <li>Carry out maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of testing systems</li> <li>Provide troubleshooting support remotely or on-site at customer locations</li> <li>Deliver onsite production support to ensure smooth operations</li> <li>Conduct customer training sessions to ensure proper system usage</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as a Service Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification</li> <li>•Extensive knowledge in control and automation technology for technical systems</li> <li>Several years of professional experience with test stands or production machinery</li> <li>Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills</li> <li>Good English skills and high willingness to travel</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why you should choose ZF?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
