<p>Req ID 84637 | Hangzhou, China, ZF Electrified Powertrain Technologies (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.</p> <p> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for a new colleague in plant at Hangzhou.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assembly planning activities within Region Hangzhou to support internal and external customers, including but not limited to pre-planning conceptualization and capital investment analyses, specification development, equipment vendor selection, installation/commissioning of assembly line (e.g. first run-off), and production releases of assembly line and assembly processes.</li> <li>Responsible for all production KPI´s related to assembly processes and sequences from planning until line final acceptance.</li> <li>Develop capital models for equipment cost estimation activities; analyze cost/pricing differences between new investment and equipment changeovers.</li> <li>Conduct and lead planning activities such as DFM, P-FMEA, Cycle time calculation etc. in project phase.</li> <li>Complete vendor assessments for selection initiatives through on-site visits and performance analyses.</li> <li>Ensure implementation in planning phase for equipment installation in the plant related to pre-series and launch management projects</li> </ul> <p style="list-style-type:initial"> </p> <p style="list-style-type:initial"><strong>Your profile as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.</li> <li>3+ years of working experience within a Tier-1/2 Supplier or OEM environment.</li> <li>3+ years of experience with project supervision in one or more of the following areas: industrialization, assembly line engineering, and/or program/launch management.</li> <li>Knowledge of assembly planning, specially processes such as: tightening, pressing, glueing, laser marking etc.</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Proficient with 3D modeling softwares such as: CREO and AutoCAD.</li> </ul> <p style="list-style-type:initial"> </p> <p><strong>Why you should choose ZF in Hangzhou?</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
