<p>Req ID 80030 | Zagreb, Croatia, ZF CV Distribution Austria GmbH</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the team:<br></strong>We&apos;re looking for a new colleague to join ZF&apos;s Aftermarket team in <strong>Zagreb</strong>. In this role you will expand and maintain Passenger Car workshop network, provide technical support and training to secure service for our products and pull through sales.</p> <p><br><strong>What you can look forward to as Service and Network Specialist:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Support sales at workshop-level by providing technical and network assistance through our ZF [pro]Tech and ZF [pro]Points concepts.</li> <li>Provide commercial and technical support for existing workshop network partners, as well as new partner acquisition, achieving set growth targets, member part sales targets and membership retention</li> <li>Planning and delivery of one-day and multi-day technical training courses for distributor, workshop partners and other customers of ZF</li> <li>Handle technical enquiries received by ZF for all Passenger Car products and related mechanical / electrical systems to ensure full customer satisfaction; technical support for warranty claims</li> <li>Control and implementation of market actions in close coordination with other departments, as well as continuous market and competition monitoring at workshop level</li> <li>Support and participate in local and national trade fairs and events; planning and execution of workshop visits with the field service of existing wholesale customers</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as Service and Network Specialist (m/f/d):</strong> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Experience with ZF products will be considered as advantage</li> <li>Nice to have a Bachelor degree in a technical field</li> <li>Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas and in delivering technical training</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the passenger car market where ZF Services operates.</li> <li>Good communication and organizational skills as well as confident appearance and good IT skills (MS Office, nice to have SAP knowledge) </li> <li>Very good English skills</li> <li>Open to frequent travel</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>Be part of our ZF team as Service &amp; Network Specialist (Zagreb) and apply now!</p> <p>Contact</p> <p>Fruzsina Barta</p> <p> </p>
