The Project Engineer will support operations through the engineering, design, optimization, and execution of food-manufacturing production systems. The role focuses on improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety across tortilla, chip, and related product lines. Responsibilities include designing and integrating mechanical, electrical, communications, and control systems; developing and optimizing plant layouts; managing project implementation; and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
