You will operate in a global matrix, working closely with HQ stakeholders, HR Centres of Expertise and business leaders to deliver integrated HR solutions.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Your key responsibilities will include:</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Partnering with line management to develop workforce strategies, address talent gaps and enhance organisational effectiveness across the assigned business units</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Driving end to end employee life cycle and talent management processes by collaborating with business in a matrix setup.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Driving change management initiatives, organisational design and development in close collaboration with leadership teams</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Leading the Organisational Development Plan (ODP) process and strategic workforce planning – identifying key positions, assessing successors and spotting talent for the future</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Coaching and challenging managers on leadership, performance management, employee development and diversity in leadership pipelines</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Analysing business unit data and industry benchmarks to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve performance, retention and employee experience</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and ensuring effective, transparent communication across the organisation</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Conducting investigations and advising managers on performance, disciplinary, conflict resolution and termination matters</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Collaborating with HR colleagues across Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning and Global HR to deliver focused expertise that addresses business needs</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Your new department</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">GBS Bangalore now exceeds 3,000 employees and represents more than 13 critical business functions in Novo Nordisk across every EVP area represented. Reporting to the Associate Director – HR Business Partnering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how HR partners with the business – combining strategic insight with hands-on delivery to build an engaged, high-performing organisation.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Your skills &amp; qualifications</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">We are looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a global, matrixed environment and brings both strategic perspective and practical execution. To succeed in this role, you will likely have:</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• A Bachelor&apos;s degree, with a master’s degree in human resources management preferred</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years in an HRBP role within a global, matrix-managed organisation</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• A proven track record across organisation design and development, change management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development, with working knowledge of employment law</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills, paired with excellent facilitation and presentation capabilities</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• The ability to influence without authority, challenge the status quo and operate with a hands-on, people-centric and results-driven mindset</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), combined with resilience, diplomacy and the ability to navigate ambiguity</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Working at Novo Nordisk</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
