The position As Team Leader in API IO M1 Utility & Solvent, you will take ownership of a well-established team of approximately 19 operators working in a two-shift setup. The department plays a critical role in ensuring a stable, reliable, and compliant supply of utilities and solvents to downstream manufacturing. About the department You will join API IO M1—one of our showcase production facilities with around 650 colleagues. Within this, the Utility & Solvent area consists of approximately 100 employees across production and operations support. This area plays a vital role in enabling stable production by supplying water, ethanol, and solvents—ensuring operational reliability, business continuity, and scalability. You will report to the Director and be part of a leadership team of five Team Leaders, working together to support increased production while continuously raising standards across safety, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications We are looking for a strong people leader who thrives in developing teams and driving operational excellence in a regulated production environment.
