The Position This position performs design, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of network, security systems, servers, desktops, VoIP phones, AV systems and server rooms, including the Manufacture network and other manufacturing systems. This position provides Tier 2 and 3 support, technical recommendations and direction, and coordinate technical projects, related to IT network and infrastructure systems and/or specialized manufacturing systems. Relationships Reports to: Sr. Manager, IT Operations Essential Functions IT Infrastructure (covering GxP and non-GxP systems) <ul dir="auto" style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:black;font-size:12.0pt">Drive and maintain IT Operations service delivery and Incident Management at site, being recognized as the single point of contact (SPOC) for overall administration, operation, and maintenance of the technological platform at site.</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:12.0pt">Perform regular maintenance of IT infrastructure components facilitating communication and coordination of activities among stakeholders locally and across the organization, including close interaction with other local SMEs in IT/OT, System Managers, and IT QA.</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:12.0pt">Maintain IT services and operations according to service level agreements and contracts, performing regular evaluation (at minimum annually), providing
