<p> </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities 重要职责</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li>Drive strategic operational initiatives and alignment with cross functions on key imperatives and tactics. </li> <li>Implementation of company’s key strategic initiatives and keep optimization within each layer of DOD field force.</li> <li>Set up operational mechanism, enable sales strategy’s execution in field force and strengthen data-driven mindset. Lead FE team to ensure effective support sales performance and achievement of business goals.</li> <li>Establish supply and demand management process and principle in DOD. Manage quota allocation to maximize customer needs based on supply’s situation.</li> <li>Build compliance mindset for each level of DOD.
